EBG Leadership
The Company structure consists of general assembly, board of directors, executive board, and general secretariat. The general assembly comprises of delegates from the founding and other member/affiliate companies that subscribe to the EBG.
The general assembly elects the Board of directors who are the highest decision-making organ of EBC. The board of directors elect within themselves an executive board consisting of a chairperson and six deputies each with a specific portfolio

skills, experience and integrity and they mainly deal with the technical and day-to-day running of
